Levantine yogurt marinade brand brings a category-defining product to Booth 1404 as it opens conversations with national retail buyers
DENVER — August 18, 2026 — Yum-Ma Foods, the premium food brand behind a yogurt-based Levantine marinade, will make its trade show debut this week at Newtopia Now 2026, held August 19–20 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. The brand will host buyers and distributors at Booth 1404 when the show floor opens August 19.
Yum-Ma's marinade is built on the same foundation that has tenderized and seasoned meat across the Levant for generations: cultured yogurt, warm spice, and nothing else that doesn't belong there.
